Project Department of Beijing Western Returned Scholars Consultation Centre is mainly engaged in international cooperation in running programs between universities and other education institutions at home and abroad.

Since the establishment of the department, by virtue of remarkable cooperation with higher education institutions from Australia, the United Kingdom, New Zealand and other countries, more than 20 colleges and universities had successively achieved long-term close cooperation as well as established a number of large-scale and reputable international cooperation projects. Every year many students enter world-famous universities through these projects which have provided students with convenient ways of studying abroad. The department has also markedly helped Chinese colleges and universities to improve their international education cooperation, to increase their domestic and international prestige, to promote teacher trainings, and to accelerate international cooperation in academic and scientific researches. The department successively managed to operate over two undergraduate joint teaching programs and dozens of  articulation programs in different majors. In addition, foundation projects with outstanding universities in Australia, the United Kingdom, New Zealand  have been operated successfully and smoothly.

Project Department has accumulated a wealth of experience in international cooperation to assist domestic and foreign education institutions to create more high-quality cooperation projects, and will unceasingly provide the education institution partners and the students with perfect service by an efficient and pragmatic attitude.
